TownOnline.com - Local News: Zoning round up
If the BRA holds a community meeting and no one shows up do neighbors still have concerns about the project?
(No - It means that there isn't much done to let people know about these meetings)
Last Thursday, as part of the community review process, the Boston Redevelopment Authority held a public meeting to discuss a plan to erect a 15-unit building at 9 Gardner St. The only person to attend who was not part of the development team or a city employee was Paul Berkeley, head of the Allston Civic Association.
(Actually, Paul is a city employee)
The project is seeking variances for parking, use, rear yard space, floor area ratio and open space.
