Massachusetts Report card - C+

This is an interesting review of our State by Governing Magazine. It looks at the state from several different angles and gives an overall grade of C+. It mentions weaknesses in:
- long term outlook
- hiring
- retaining employees
- capital planning
- project monitoring
- strategic direction

Unfortunately it does not note any areas of strength for Massachusetts. I hope our government is better than that!
