MEPA Final Record of Decision for Harvard's Science Complex waiver

There doesn't seem to be much new or interesting in it, but the Final Record of Decision has been published that completes the MEPA process for the Phase One Waiver for the Harvard Science Complex. Information about the Citizens Advisory Committee will be published here on November 12.
