Honan and Moran vote against Patrick's casino bill

Good luck trying to find on the State's website how votes were cast last week on the Governor's bill to create 3 casinos in Massachusetts. Thankfully the Globe lists the results of the roll call in today's paper. Both A/B reps voted to kill the bill by sending it to a study committee.

There's must be better ways to create jobs + State revenue than casinos and gambling.

I can play the numbers game 7 days, megabucks, megamillions and mass cash 2 days a week. I can play 20+ scratch tickets from $1 to $20 everyday. Keeno every 4 minutes and car races every 7 minutes. What is the difference? A casino will be a private industry. If it works great, if not the State does not lose a penny.
