    a 5 year lease in 114 western ave (the former construction HQ). I think that makes a bigger statement about when construction will start again.

    I would bet that Harvard can find alternate facilities for the construction team if they want to re-start construction before 2015.

    I also don't think Earthwatch would undertake a massive move from Maynard with only a 5 year stay in mind.
