Tree cutting at Smith Field

Lots of trees along the WBZ side of Smith Field are being cut down. Probably this will mean fewer people tent camping back there and fewer rabbits too.

    Gotta keep those campers out, you know... I hear they were really overrunning the place.

    In past summers there has often been someone spending many days & nights camping there.

    If camping isn't permitted there, I'm sure there are other ways to enforce that besides cutting down trees... That's just so, bizarre.
