Charlesview meeting tonight without the BRA

The BRA decided late yesterday not to hold a Charlesview meeting tonight, but there is still plenty that we can discuss as neighbors. Since many of us were already planning to be at the library tonight at 6, let's keep those plans and have a community discussion in preparation for the meeting on October 5.
