156 Lincoln Street, the longtime home of Goldstein Office Furniture, has been sold for $2,550,000 to Self Storage Lincoln St LLC. Pretty good considering that the value of the land is appraised by the city at $914,600.Preparations for the demolition of the 110 year old building are underway to make space for another self-storage warehouse in our neighborhood.
